Wow.
I’m currently listening to Evanescence of Life by an amazing guy who goes by kLuTz. Check his site here. Its a forum and posting site for all his music. Its amazing how music can effect your mood. I love music. Sound intrigues me. Not only the mechanics of it, which are really interesting as well, but its effect on people. Music can completely change people’s moods. Music either makes or breaks a movie. If the soundtrack is awfull, then there is a really good chance that the movie will be pretty bad. There are exceptions though. Generally the soundtracks for the newer StarWars movies have been pretty good, but that doesen’t help the actors know how to act. The Lord of the Rings had one of the best sound tracks of all times and look at how well it did. Of course it had the help of being originally written by one of the best authors of all time, but there is still quite the correlation. I find it amazing that originally the only composers out there were the classical composers who made beautiful orchestral music. Even though that type of music is no longer popular, it has still has survived in the movie sound tracks. In addition to all of this, music happens to be one of the best forms of expression.
